Martyn Brown Age Undisclosed (in dog years) Day Job: Club Dog Trainer.... Evening Job: Much of the Same Recently went on a sabbatical to the south of France, where I met many dogs, and despite the language barrier, maintained my no-nonsense approach. Just to show how seriously I take my position within the club, the picture shown is at the cafe at the top of Alpe d'Huez. I rode nearly 15 kilometers up hill to train this dog, the gradient was an average of nearly 9%, but it was worth it. Achievements.... I was working on this last week, but gave up as a result of a lack of enthusiasm Achieved 3rd in class at Crufts for presentation of a pink standard poodle (with ribbon). I am justifiably proud of this showing, & have since moved on to shaping of the body coat, & am expecting to do better next year. You can see from this picture that my ability to transfix animals is 2nd to none. |
