Cycling Heroes #1:   mainly Ted -  who introduced me to Mid-Oxon, has an inspirational attitude to the demands of cycling, and saved me on the Dragon Ride, and does a mean BBQ since is also my next door neighbour

Cycling Heroes #2:  Monsieur Martin - who god sent down from heaven, 2km from the summit of the Aubisque (Etape 2005) to inspire me over the crest.

Ambition: to not have to buy another inner tube in 2006

Proudest Moment: crossing the finish at the Etape 2005 - fixed grin for several hours.
